Aweful

I use this Travel Agency because its was recommended to me by a Friend, but its a big mistake that I did I should have buy my ticket online. I called the agent telling him I have to change my return date he told me he cannott change that while Im here in canada this is a month and half before my actual departure when I arrive to Philippines KOREAN AIR in Manila and Cebu were telling me its should be done here in canada it is still too early from my actual departure. To cut the story short it cost me $800.00 since I have to upgrade my ticket. NOW would I use this Angency Again .... NEVER ... I would I recommend it NEVER

Ditto - Worst Service Ever

I too received extremely poor service at this travel agency recently. The lady I spoke with did not have any people skills what so ever. Asking simple questions brought out her hostility. She actually even hung up the phone on me. I called her back and asked to speak with another person but she wouldn't let anyone else help me. Needless to say, I went elsewhere for service and I'm relieved to see I am not alone in this opinon. I totally recommend to NOT use this company to make any travel arrangements. Two thumbs way, way, way down.

Worst Service!!!!

I was looking for a plane ticket for HKG to YYC and the one who answered the phone was soooo Rude!!! Why does a person call a travel agency for? Of course either you ask for prices and book a flight right???? Is it so hard to be courteous when somebody inquire something their business is supposedly offering service at? I will never recommend anybody to this agency ever!!! It is the only agency that i phoned that was so rude to me!!!
