We found everyone we dealt with at Dynamic Vacuums very pleasant and easy to deal with. Moe explained all the options for our new central vacuum system. He patiently answered all our questions enabling us to make the best overall technical and financial decision.
Their installer is also very experienced and courteous. He had our new vacuum running within 15 minutes of arrival.

OUTSTANDING in every important way! ATTITUDE OF STAFF-Family business-staff incredibly polite, proactive, genuinely friendly & caring. I arrived 10 minutes before closing. Moe was serving a 40 something couple. Their needs plus mine were met despite requiring “overtime”. Staff were not “clock watching”.
The couple heard me verbally express my reaction to the great service I received. They happily told me that they have patronized Dynamic Vacuums for 20 years! That is a HUGE testament by itself!
Very nice folks to deal with. Brian was excellent - he talked us through exactly what needed to be repaired, the costs of each thing, and the time it would take. He came across as knowledgable and trustworthy, and we were happy with the work done.
We brought out vacuum in and they were fast to produce a rejuvenated machine, they were professional & know the Dynamic vaccum products inside and out!! Definitely will return as needed! We love our quieter machine!!

Excellent service and knowledge
I wasn't sure which brand to go with when it came to purchasing a central vac system but Moe helped take out all the confusion and made the process simple and enjoyable. He and his staff were always professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about their products and the industry overall. I would definitely recommend Dynamic Vac if you are needing anything to do with vacuums.
