Very angry tellers. Every time I have bee they act like I am robbing them and not using my own money. I have been going to them at least 10 times in different offices in Calgary, same angry people that interrogate like you are some thief. I thought this was only me but a friend of mine said the same thing, Not sure what the idea behind this behavior is, they get paid if people show up at their door no? Never again, I prefer to to to the bank with lower exchange rate and lose money.
They asked for a review, so here it is. Absolutely brutal lineup and extremely slow service. It's a Thursday evening at 7pm and they only have 1 teller, servicing a continuing lineup of 8 people on average waiting in line. Waited 35 minutes before my turn was up. Ridiculously slow for an
