Initially I had no idea that my hearing was not 100%. After receiving my hearing aid the difference was amazing, and when I take it out at night, I really can notice the dullness in my ear that I had lived with for some time. Everything is better with the hearing aid.Both Dr Scarff & Glenn were intuitive about how hearing loss changes and affects your life and how even a moderate hearing loss should not go untreated. They were very positive about helping me move forward with my hearing aid. They discussed both the benefits and limitations of hearing aids, and discussed ways to improve my communication skills. They seemed interested in making it as gentle a transition as possible for me; I am approaching 70 years of age, and they made hearing aid technology and accessories approachable, understandable and usable.
