Kent was amazing! Highly recommended. Super thorough and detailed both in person and in writing. Really helped explain a lot of the technical bits in layman's terms and gave a lot of advice/education on proper maintenance or things to look out for. Super detailed inspection report which we are going to keep because of how much information was in there thats helpful for the next decade!!! Wow, I was super impressed. Worth every penny!!

Major details missed included: These major details include: -The fact that our entire home would need to be rewired as leaving it as is would almost guarantee an electrical fire (this information was confirmed by two different master electricians in the city). This required us to take down numerous walls in the house. -Our home did not have a water meter and the location of our water shut off valve would make it impossible to put a water meter in that space
