Stayed there for a total of 2 hours. Upon first arrival the front desk was very helpful. After that it all went downhill. Arriving on the 3rd floor ( which was suppose to be non smoking) we were hit with a wave of smoke that smelled very distinctly like pot. After managing to make it to our room we each discovered that most of the floor tiles were cracked, the towels were stained, the room smelled of smoke, the carpet was stained. I received a call from another person in our group saying they found bugs and stains in the bed. The rest if us checked our rooms we found dead bugs, stains, and hair in the sheets and mattress covers. We then switched rooms and the next room was no better. We then proceeded to leave the hotel and go to a different one. After receiving a number of phone calls and the manager following us to another hotel we were assured that we would not be billed or our night. 2 days later we were billed for all of our rooms.

Front staff very pleasant,room very clean and beds very comfortable would recomend anyone to stay here. PS Tim Hortons in same parking lot
