Apparently i didn’t do my due diligence again, I should have read the damn reviews. I purchased a sectional from the Southgate location, loved the store and the Serbian lady that assisted ? however, one part of the sectional doesn’t seem to have the same amount of padding as the corner piece or the other portion, so it’s uncomfortable to lay on. I have called, emailed and sent pictures, one month later and i’m still waiting for my concerns to be addressed, not impressed!
Worst business ever! the worst customer service experience that I have had. I ordered a piece of furniture on Oct 16 and I was told that it will take less than 12 weeks...its close to 20 weeks. When I called them, they never returned calls and the manager yelled at me and spoke down to me. Do not shop here ever. I wished I had read the reviews before buying stuff at this shop
My husband and I ordered a chair from Big Comfort on Nov 23rd. We were told it would be 6-8 weeks for it to come in, well we are now at the 10 week mark and still no sign of the chair. We have called for the past two weeks to try to get an update on the chair but everytime we call they have different story about its wearabouts or they tell us they need to call us back but never do. The customer service at this store is awful! We are now being told we wont get the chair until mid February.
We were offered 2 sofas we liked, just as we settled on one of them, some guy comes and tells our salesperson it's sold. Store manager's response (With an I don't care attitude): It was sold in the morning (At least 6 hours ago) from our other location and that's it. When I asked if they have some kind of a process to avoid situations like that, he answered that they don't and that's it. My wife left with tears in her eyes.
Went into the store and received exceptionally well customer service by one of their associates named Aahat And got the sofa i was looking for. Would recommend going.
horrible customer service. If you order a couch- don't expect a phone call to let you know where its at or if something is wrong they don't work very hard to get/keep your business
They would not take ownership of their own mistakes. They called me to pick up a couch that was the wrong one. Not much effort to make things right or compensation for the rental. They said I'll have to wait up to another 6 months without any furniture in my living room. Owner did not wish to speak with me. Nice!!
This is my second experience with Big Comfort Furniture. A few months back I bought a recliner for our nursery. The price was right and we've enjoyed the chair. Decided to go back today after visiting the store behind them (extremely over priced, sales people stalk you like you're an antelope roaming the Serengeti.) Ordered a sofa on Boxing Day we were told 4-6 months. Still is not here maybe another month.
I did not get new furniture as I was told it would be and if a few chairs were from the floor they were going to be cleaned 3 of the chairs have major scratches on the legs. Some have wear on the real leather already I didn't get to look at the chairs befor we took them as they had them all wrapped up in black saran type material. I left messages with the company and with the woman we bought it from no one has replied or contacted us. We paid a lot of money I expected good new furniture
My wife and I decided to buy a sectional. We went to the brick, Yvonne's furniture, Leon's, sofa land, and a ridiculously priced place beside sofa land. The best service we received was from Big Comfort. Sandeep helped us. We bought a sectional from here as they matched the price of Leon's. so far we are very happy. We haven't received the product but if things go wrong I will update the review. Sandeep only works weekends but was worth the wait
Initially, our experience was positive. We received excellent service at the store and were able to negotiate for our furnit Three weeks prior to delivery, we call to also order a battery pack. Estimated arrival is 4 weeks and it has now been 6. I've called on a weekend and they've promised to follow-up on Monday only to not call. Called the associate a week and half later and they never called back.
I am so happy that I had the help of Judith she was absolutely amazing she helped me find something to my liking and in my price range. And trust me that is hard to do for me. I'm the most difficult customer and she over came every obstiical I put in the way! Very impressed. I will return when I need to furnish my other room.
Delightful experience and such a pleasant surprise! We didn't even have Big Comfort on our shopping list when we were looking for our new home furniture and they happened to have the stools we had fallen in love with and fount them through the SunPan website. They have a phenomenal selection, were a delight when I called to find the amazing price on the stools (much better than F2!!) and Steven Worobec was a pro to work with once we got there.
