Just had my first massage with Erica and it was the best experience! She took the time to get to know me and find out exactly what I was comfortable with and how hard to push. If you are feeling any type of pain or stress please go see her!! Rihanna is so nice and easy going, and she really made me feel welcome. It was the greatest experience I could have asked for, THANK YOU❤️
He is the only Doctor I will go to for my botox or filler procedures.The staff at Airdrie ReNue & the Calgary downtown location are wonderful. Dr. McWhirter is the best!! He is ethical.He will not recommend a treatment if he doesn't believe you will get the results you are looking for. I just started my cool sculpting I am achieving excellent results. I also had filler to 'plump up' my cheek bones (get rid of the tired look & sagging/jowl lines) No bruising & minimal swelling. He is the best!
I really dont understand the reviews I've read, but I had an excellent experience with this business. All I can say is that the nurse works with a needle not with a wand. I think people have to have realistic expectations.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The "nurse" was eating her lunch at the front desk even though a receptionist was sitting upfront as well. The "nurse" didn't even wash her hands before giving the injections, nor did she mark where she planned to put the injections. She basically eyeballed it. My results were not what I normally get after having that number of units in my forehead. When you are spending that kind of money, you really don't want to gamble having mediocre service and results. :(
This is the most un professional Doctor and spa! A complete waist of time. Appointments cancelled repeatedly.

We are sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience at ReNue. Our clients come first and we always try to accomodate them as much as possible. When a client is late for their appointment it can throw a bit of a wrench into the works by causing Dr.McWhirter to run behind. It is important to us that every client recieves the same care and attention in their consultations/appointments. We do not rush anyone through in order to save 5 or 10 minutes and we always try to let our clients know if we are running behind. The office manager doesn't recall recieving your stated complaint in person, over the phone or via email.
